Thank you Memorial Emergency staff and Doctors. So polite and friendly . High knowledge and professionalism. Waiting time is long ,but they do a lot of work. Thank you again.

I was refused proper medical care at this emergency room, I was being ridiculed and ignored by the doctor. I do not recommend any sane person to tolerate such a low standard of a hospital to be mistreated here.

Horrible service. The receptionist (Ivelisse and Adrianna) and charge nurse was very rude. My boyfriend was in a bad car accident and the doctor from urgent care sent him to the hospital due to potential brain injury. The charge nurse said we should’ve gone to Kaiser and not here. We explained it was an emergency. The receptionist was giving us attitude because my boyfriend wanted them to sign the privacy agreement before releasing his social security number. Went with my wife at 1:10 on August 9th 2025, lady’s in the front had a horrible attitude and were dismissive, a Hispanic lady with a black shirt raised her voice at us while telling us where to sit . My wife is pregnant and had a terrible ear infection. The security was chatting it up right after clocking in there shift . This emergency room is a disgrace to a city that has its own 10% tax and takes money from tax payers. Both women should be fired from the jobs immediately
