Im very angry today and my 1 star is really 0 stars. I had severe lower back pain that radiated to my abdomen and my ovary for 3 days. I couldn't take it anymore. Needless to say, I hate going to the hospital. It has to be something that i cant take anymore for me to go. Their hospital wait time said 10 minutes. I figured great I wont be waiting for hours! Not blaming the people who work there . Very poorly managed and not enough staff. Ugh almost 4am been here since 10:30 still no doctor.

I don't even want to give them a 1. How sad that your in a professional where you can sit there and talk with others while people are in crazy amounts of pain! 8 hours in the ER and it wasn't even busy, said so by staff even and still took forever to get things done. Night staff were a bit quicker but you leave there angry, felt like your time was wasted and would have been better spent being comfortable and in pain at home. They do nothing really for you so theres no huge difference!!!

Prepare for an 6-8 hour wait in the emergency room.

I needed to go to the emergency room and arrived around 4 30 am. I reported shortness of breath and was seen in 10 mins. The entire medical team and the nurses in the hospital were very caring and very professional. I was in the hospital for almost two days and now I am home feeling much better and greatful for their help.
