Brought my child in. We were seen quickly. Mark was our ER nurse. He was thorough and compassionate. He eased my child's anxiety by making conversation and showing kindness. Jacob the PA was our provider. He was also very thorough in his exam and kind. Both men showed genuine compassion and concern for my child. The kindness didn't stop there. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I wouldn’t even consider that to be a medical-grade hospital. They don’t care about you, they are rough, TERRIBLE SERVICE. On the positive side, One nurse was very nice and helpful. DO NOT COME HERE!

This has been an incredibly unprofessional, irresponsible, and unbelievable experience. We’re sitting here with my elderly mother, who is in abdominal pain, and we’ve been waiting for over two hours just to be seen. I’ve been to emergency rooms in New York where there were over 100 people ahead of us, and we were seen faster than this. Here, there are only about five people in the waiting room.

I have always loved mercy. I have always been treated well there, and it is an amazing staffed, an amazing emergency room. They have always treated me with dignity and have always ran all the tests that needed to be done came in to let me know what was going on. What was next inside the world is negative stuff? Comes from, but maybe you were there for drugs. And they didn't give him the right, because they can tell, you know, as soon as they do that test, they know what's in your system. I don't get people.
