Just called here about 2 minutes ago wondering if they accepted my sons insurance. Instead, I told “Karina” the woman on the other line, that I just had a simple question. She proceeded to reply, “if it medical advice, I cannot give medical advice over the phone, but go ahead.” Why not wait until I ask the question? Bad first impression. They should have more customer service skills minus 1 star for sure
Despite being in excruciating pain, my visit to this ER was actually kind of fun. My ER doc (Rhoton, was that his real name?) was great. 10/10 would jump off a bucking horse and visit these guys again.
I visited the Emergency Department on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at approximately 5:00 a.m. During my visit, I was seen by David M. Rigby, PA. Throughout my time there, I was the only patient I observed in both the waiting room and the treatment area. I came to the ER because I was experiencing severe pain and swelling in my right foot. Phillip is seriously so amazing . He gave my husband stitches and we were in and out . I have never received such fast and amazing care from an ER. Phillip is so wonderful I can’t thank him enough .
Outstanding service! Top notch medical professionals, extremely clean facility, and I’ve never had a wait time. I have been here twice in the last month. Brought my 10 month old son in at 10:30 at night and they found the ear infection that Urgent Care missed that morning. He received antibiotics and pain medication before we left, and promptly sent a script over to the nearest pharmacy for continued treatment. They were very gentle with him.
