I came in experiencing extreme pain on my left side, and from the moment I arrived, the staff was absolutely amazing. They rushed me back right away with little to no wait time, and everyone I encountered was friendly, caring, and professional. The customer service was truly exceptional. When Dr. Phillip came in, he was very attentive and took the time to listen to what I was experiencing. September 12th at 3am we were seen by Shane Elton due to my son having back to back fevers and was over all badly sick with a cough. The doctor told us quote on quote “it’s normal baby stuff, fevers don’t mean anything” after that we were sent on our way. September 13th my son was progressively getting worse and again with back to back fevers. John and Philip were excellent providers for tonight’s visit. My daughter wasn’t feeling well. They listened and took great care of my girl. We need more providers like them who LISTEN, CARE and will HELP! Thank guys!
