I was seen here with AHCCCS as my only insurance coverage, as I had been seen before. About a year after one visit I got a bill for I forget the exact amount, I believe a couple thousand. When I called, I was told they would correct it and it would be taken care of. After a few months, I had a credit report show that it had actually been sent to collections. UPDATE- this stupid place never did the blood work they said they were going to or tested for valley fever so they prescribed her two antibiotics that don’t help because they are not anti fungal! Absolute trash facility! Daughter was in tonight for the same issue as two weeks ago, she tried to explain the issue and the nurse who was extremely rude cut her off and asked why she didn't go to her follow up.
