I was initially really put off by the reviews but was left with no choice but to visit. They were absolutely incredible. Friendly, caring and charismatic. I was taken care of and diagnosed fast and a lot better the next day. Lorrie was definitely one of the best nurses I’ve ever had. Extremely thorough and compassionate.

If you’re going to the ER for any pediatric needs, you’re better off risking the drive to CDA (Literally what the doctor told us to do). We were in the ER for our newborn daughter and it felt like experimental poking and prodding, the nurse said multiple times that he’s never dealt with a baby and didn’t know what he was doing. After several hours and no answers we were told they don’t actually have any training or equipment for pediatrics and we should’ve gone to CDA. Do not come here if you want to be treated appropriately for your problems. Doctor was extremely dismissive of my concerns, rude, and even though I'd stated I wanted to leave, I was told I had to "wait for the doctor to release me". I waited for a very long time. The doctor was rude, the nurse was kind but he was clearly unhappy with where he worked and probably severely underpaid for the garbage he deals with. This is the worst ER known to man the service is absolutely terrible they don't give a rats ass about anyone coming through i went in 2 nights ago and had a high fever they checked me for flu and covid then it came back negative for both and instead of trying to figure it out they said here take some ibuprofen and Tylenol and ride it out terrible experience I recommend going to your primary doctor over that place it's a waste of time!
