This is the worst ER known to man the service is absolutely terrible they don't give a rats ass about anyone coming through i went in 2 nights ago and had a high fever they checked me for flu and covid then it came back negative for both and instead of trying to figure it out they said here take some ibuprofen and Tylenol and ride it out terrible experience I recommend going to your primary doctor over that place it's a waste of time!
Went last night with some bad reaction to cortisone shots. My body was in a lot of pain, and they helped me out along with a little one who hurt himself. They helped me as fast as they could, along with the other people. Thank you for your help, and I woke up to feeling a lot better without needing medication.
As a local I could honestly share multiple stories about this place that would horrify and infuriate you. I don’t have the time or energy to do that. Unless you are lucky enough that the best staff available happen to be working and your issue is of the most basic sort, they can not help you. They will either eff it up or waist your time before sending you in your way. This place is a law suite waiting to happen. Im surprised it hasn’t happened before.

I've been here 4 times, and each time I was treated like a human with feelings. Even when they were busy they still made me feel like a priority. Recommend them over Kootenai ER any day. Kootenai ER is the worst and should be avoided at all cost.
