They took care of my tonsil abscess quick and efficiently!! They covered all the bases, got antibiotics and steroids there and to take home and a ct scan to just make sure. Yup.. big ol abscess. The staff is so friendly and explained everything. Ill continue to make the drive from hutchinson to experience glencoe regional health again and again and again.
Bad experience, I went in today the Male nurse was rude raise his voice and said “Your here because of a diaper rash!” In the most rude way! I wasn’t trying to explain to this man what I was there’s for and why my son was seen at the ER 2 Dayan ago and why I needed a doctors note, he also said that if my husband couldn’t take care of a diaper rash he was worthless!! I wanted to say some things to this man but I stood quite. Then the doctor came. And me trying to explain why I’m there he was also rude. Telling me not to abuse... read more
