Terrible. I ended up having a fall on my BICYCLE at the flat woods trail and for some reason they reported it to my insurance as a motor vehicle accident and now my insurance company denied the payment. I didn’t find this out until a year later when it ended up in collections. Zero attempts to contact me about this matter and I don’t know how or why this was coded as a vehicular accident.
