No one ever wants to be in the ER but my experience December 5 was nothing but exceptional. I was quickly triaged and put in a room. The nurses and Dr. Craig were very caring, professional and respectful. Thank you all for the great care.
They were so sweet, caring, and made sure to keep me in the loop of what was going on. Constantly making sure I was ok because I was very scared going into the ER before finding out I had Pneumonia in my left lung. My dad and I both were very impressed with the care and how amazing every one of the nurses on 11/12/25 and Dr. Daniel Miegs were. Also how clean the facility was. Wow, Emergency check-in was quick and efficient. Dr Ducharme was involved immediately and without hesitation had me in the Cath lab and the staff there had me prepped. And the procedure done in 40 minutes. My nurses were amazing, Sara,Kaitlyn and Ann treated me like I was family. It doesn’t get any better than this.
Unbelievable! Forgot I was there! Asked how many alcohol drinks I had that morning, I was not treated with respect or dignity. I was treated as if I was detoxing. Took blood before I even spoke to a Dr to check for alcohol or drugs. New to area and hate that I was treated this way. Scary to think my children might need help one day. I know this will be disregarded by Logan Health, it’s a real issue.we depend on you.
