Super unprofessional. Called to get some info in order to come up with a gameplan. It was after hours. It says 24hrs. He got upset because I was aking about an approximate estimate on parts and amount of hours it could take. He told me if I cant afford to repair a truck to get out the business and hung up in my face. Life happens to everyone. If you are a trucker and get shut down at this crossing, get ready to be screwed over by this company. Say one thing, do another and then bill you even more when they change there mind. You are better off getting a hot shot come in from Tucson and pay whatever than dealing with this clown. Should be zero stars.

I contacted this company to ask about their availability and how soon they could take care of a busted tire. I did not request emergency or immediate service. I was simply trying to understand their schedule. I was told there was a standard price, but that if I wanted the service “right now,” I would need to pay extra. I explained that I work for a company and was not in a position to authorize an additional rush fee.
