5 Stars – Highly Recommend ERX, Especially Victor! I had a fantastic experience with ERX for water damage and mitigation. Victor was outstanding from start to finish. He was detailed, personable, and easy to work with, and he stayed until the job was completely finished. He was always on time and did exactly what he said he would do. If you're dealing with water damage and need a mitigation company you can trust, I highly recommend ERX — and ask for Victor specifically!

Emergency Restoration Xperts exceeded every expectation during a very stressful time for our family. Victor, Jose, Nelson, and Kevin were absolutely amazing from start to finish. This is a terrible restoration company. First off, they tore our kitchen apart and then weren’t to be seen for weeks. They were incredibly hard to get in contact with. Would say they were coming out one day and then never show and reschedule, continually pushing things out. Would use excuses such as “rain” as the reason they couldn’t work indoors. Our project started in April and we didn’t get full access to our kitchen back until October. They tried to convince us to replace the floors of our entire ground level when the le... read more
