Emergency Restoration Xperts is doing a good job at getting my home repairs done.They did an excellent job on getting the mold and mildew cleaned up.I have really enjoyed their professional expertise on everything. THANK you to Dylan Sherwood who is the project manager for getting everything done in a timely manner and he keeps me informed of what's happening and and he inspects everything. These guys did a great job repairing damage from a flood in my home. They were fast, on time, friendly, and the work looks great! Damon led the team that did repairs and Jessie led them team that did my pack out. They were both amazing to work with!
Please DO NOT work with these people if you are using home owners insurance. Insurance is notoriously slow in processing payments and typically split the payments and cut the final check via mail which takes 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS and these people are so unprofessional! They will literally TEXT you and threaten to put a LIEN on your home because they are so desperate for a payment that hasn’t even been received and cannot wait for the insurance check to arrive (which btw the second check is only cut AFTER the final walkthrough i... read more
