I can’t say enough good things about Dave and his team. When water unexpectedly flooded out from the atrium a property I had rented Dave responded immediately — he was on-site within 45 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation and took action to mitigate right away, preventing the situation from turning into a bigger problem. His professionalism, responsiveness, and sense of urgency were exactly what I needed in a stressful situation. Highly recommend! He goes above and beyond for his customers!

My semi-frantic call was answered VERY early on a Sunday morning after I woke up to a flood throughout half of my house. I couldn’t believe it but Dave and his guys arrived within an hour and a half. They had drywall and baseboards remove right away and the fans going shortly after. I couldn’t have been happier with the service I received. It was a huge help in a stressful situation!

We had a laundry room leak while away and our floors, baseboards, walls, etc were completely ruined. ERS was referred to us by a family friend so we hired them for the job. They did an impeccable job. Once they were done, you’d never know we had had a flood. They were so clean. And best of all, they were a great crew, the kind you feel comfortable having in your home. They were so respectful of our personal space which meant the world to us. Great people all around.

So grateful we were referred to ERS. They did a great job, were professional, respectful of our home, and really really clean. The owner Dave even did a walkthrough with us after and made sure we were both in-the-know with what was done and to make sure to answer any questions we had. Highly recommend this company.
