They were great to dry out the crawlspace and very quick to get the ball rolling via our insurance company. Wish we would have watched them closer the sub floors they laid are awful and now we are stuck with crappy/shifting floors. We had no choice as our insurance company hired them.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Communication has been nearly nonexistent—I’ve had to call, text, and email multiple times just to get a response. When I asked why there had been no timely communication, I was met with nothing but excuses. On the occasions when they did show up to our scheduled appointments—appointments I took time off work for—they were consistently late. I don’t mean a few minutes late either. They were HOURS late. I honestly wish I could give a 0 star review. This company has been the worst. From workers smoking cigarettes in their van with the windows up right before entering our home to installing the wrong color floor and taking the extra floor boxes so we couldn’t see what color was put down. The color is obviously wrong and they are refusing to come make it right. I had a great experience with Emergency Response Team. Everything was smooth and professional. Sam and Brian arrived on time, were very friendly, explained the process and worked efficiently. They also made sure everything was cleaned up after. I would highly recommend Emergency Response Team.

ERT deserves 10+ stars but sadly it only lets me put 5! we had a water damage from a busted pipe while we were away and though it was a mess Brian H. came in and eased our minds. he was very thorough and explained everything in clear detail(even though we asked a million questions) and was very professional and not to mention the phenomenal work performed by Rolley and Sam who were very polite and made sure everything was clean and neat. from start to finish we never had a doubt in our minds that we were being well taken car... read more
