Lost power steering and power brakes due to a blown power steering pump near Williams, AZ and limped into our campground. Contacted several businesses but Emergency Response was the only one to take our call and provide a response within 24 hrs. Jeremy, the mechanic who came to our campground was extremely competent, professional and friendly. He determined a new pump was required and coordinated with the office to order the part. So, I used this company for some repairs. Mechanics were great. The manager on the other hand was not. He will sell you a dream and does not do anything he said. I was told my truck would be done in the morning, and I ended up waiting all the way until 2pm that day for the worker to show up. The communication was just absolutely horrible. Also was told I was going to get an extra part that “I” PAID for and did not receive it. Manager never even responded to my text. I would not recommend them myself personally.
