Horrible people all stuck up thinking they are better than everyone else. Rude to customers and rude to suggestions to others seeking advise
I dropped off 2 brand new 5.11 quarter-zips for embroidery. When I went to pick them up, the total was $140!!! For embroidery!!! Once I got home, I noticed the wrong name had been embroidered, so I had to take them back to be fixed. I didn't receive an apology, discount, or money back for the mistake. Nothing. Will never go there again!
