Don’t ship your firearm here if you bought it from someone wo doesn’t hold an FFL. I bought a rifle from Gunbroker and had it shipped her for the NIC check. They refused to complete the transfer because it was shipped by an unlicensed person via USPS. This is not illegal to do, it even states clearly that this IS legal to do on the ATF’s website. Horrible people all stuck up thinking they are better than everyone else. Rude to customers and rude to suggestions to others seeking advise

I dropped off 2 brand new 5.11 quarter-zips for embroidery. When I went to pick them up, the total was $140!!! For embroidery!!! Once I got home, I noticed the wrong name had been embroidered, so I had to take them back to be fixed. I didn't receive an apology, discount, or money back for the mistake. Nothing. Will never go there again!
