Answered my call quickly and in a friendly way (Christina) and arranged for a roofer to come out quickly on a dark stormy night when no-one else would (Sean was great!). Great service and will keep for future reference, very useful to know. You pay a bit more by using a "middleman" but it's worth it for the convenience and reassurance at a stressful time.

Christina was amazing. My elderly Mum had fallen and managed to pull her front door off it’s hinges as she went down. Christina went out of her way to ensure a joiner attended within two hours. Great communication and a speedy, caring response.

Called this company after a frantic google search for an emergency plumber as a small waterfall was coming through my lounge ceiling. I have to say that the way things were dealt with from an easy card payment to explaining what was happening was very reassuring in a extremely stressful situation. Emergency Repair had a plumber at my door as promised within the time given. The leak was stopped and why it happened was explained to me as well as what I should do next.
