I found 3 inches of water in the basement at almost 1am and was sure nobody would be available until the next morning. Instead I called Vitor and he was at my house in half an hour with vacuums and fans. He stayed until the basement was cleared around 5am and came back over the next few days to check on the drying status and spray to prevent mold.
