Made me pay for a service they knew I did not receive shitty company that works thru all banner hospitals stay away from emergency room visits at banner unless you're ready for a 3000 bill even if they never saw or helped you
Their billing practices are garbage! I never received a bill then I get a call from a collection company demanding payment but couldn't provide me with the original bill from the these physicians. From other reviews I am reading, this happens frequently. Why do we as consumers have tolerate this?
Worst experience ever , Cigna denied our claim because they didn’t file in a timely fashion. They swore no insurance was given, and it was as I have photos of the day we gave info to the company.
