Worst experience ever , Cigna denied our claim because they didn’t file in a timely fashion. They swore no insurance was given, and it was as I have photos of the day we gave info to the company.

If I could give this organization 0 stars I would! They sent me account to collections without EVER notifying me and when I called them they simply stating they had reached out via text messages, but couldn’t provide me any documentation. I will be reporting. This is illegal and unprofessional.
They put my account in collections without me recieving a bill.
