They installed our whole house generator years ago. They preformed and we paid for quarterly maintenance for years. When it would not start on our last power outage their technician told us they could not fix it and could not tell us what was wrong with the generator. Hard to believe a long term customer would be treated like we were. We will look elsewhere for a company that appreciates their loyal customers.
These guys serviced our generator not too long ago, and we were very happy with their work. However, just today we thought we might be having an issue with it, as I noticed a "check battery" warning was flashing from the generator's digital control readout, after a neighborhood power outage necessitated the generator's use.
