Our water heater went out and is still under warranty we called Home Depot and they told us they cover replacement and install. This plumbing service told us they couldn't get out until today to repair or replace it. We have been without water for 3 days now and the tech came looked at it for about 15 minutes and since they are not paid enough to do the work they will tell you all they can do is a buy out and will send a check in the mail and leave you to take care of the issue yourself. Ally was quick to return my call and scheduled me in for the next tech in 4 hours. She called back & said another would tech could be here in 2 hours but was new on the job & asked me if that was okay. Although Noah was new he was very professional. They made a great team & I was very happy with the outcome.
Still have not been paid. They hired me worked me without pay.
Fast easy and reliable
Called and they said they would have a plumber out shortly. I sent over the pictures of the broken pvc pipe that needed fixing to make sure they brought the correct parts. They quoted me “around $300-$500 for the repair” Cancelled my appointment and went to the local hardware store. Showed the picture to an employee and he got me all the parts I needed which came to $13 and told me exactly what I needed to do. Took me a total of about 6 minutes to fix on my own and only $13 in parts. Disappointed and will not be calling them... read more
