They took the order on the telephone, and were transparent, responsive to all questions, and a pleasure to speak with. The technician performed the service, and went straight to work, with the utmost professionalism, dedication, and thoroughness. Their expertise was evident after addressing a number of questions, and they did not hesitate to provide a comprehensive solution to our challenge. Will be working with these folks again.
The plumber did a great job!!! kind, polite and very reasonable. Very good communication and understanding..anyway..he knows what he is doing!
Greatly appreciate plumber prompt and effective response to our frantic 9pm call when water suddenly started gushing from our toilet causing a flood in our bathroom. He asked us to text pictures of the leak so he could find the appropriate part, was at our apt in within an hour, and fixed our leak in about 15-mins. We'll definitely use his services again!
