I just called 3 times for an estimation. 1st time I called they said they were transferring me, they hung up, 2nd call same thing. I call a 3rd time explaining this is my 3rd time and then they say " oooh you want an estimation. Hold on, asks what for, starts typing as if looking something up, and then answers me saying they don't do do estimations, like WHAAAAT!? YOU JUST WASTED MY TIME.
