One star is too generous. Hopefully you don't end up in the ER because they will bill four insurances ago and stick you with the bill and bully you into paying it and make it near impossible to get your money back. Asked for a refund and for them to bill correct insurance on May 16, 2025. It is now August 12 and they have been paid by me and my correct insurance and say it will likely be a few more weeks before I see a check to the tune of nearly $1400 they have been holding ransom. This company has no idea how to handle billing. They don't know how to bill insurance companies, leaving you with the full bill even years after they said they would take care of it. Beware before you think about going to Providence.
