Terrible service from the billing department.
They sent me a statement 11/3/21 for a bill that I did not know was paid by my insurance company. I paid it on 11/15 and submitted it to my insurance for reimbursement and found out it was paid. Called 12/7 and they said it could take 60 days for a refund. Follow up 2/1 and told 60-90 days for refunds. They blame it on another party who processes refunds.
They keep sending me bills that aren’t mine and messing my credit up. When asking what the bills about they will not answer.
Total dirtbags. They sent me to a collection agency for a measly $90.00 without informing me at all that I owed them a debt.
UPDATE: I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and hopefully I get something done. I urge everyone else who's being overbilled to do the same. I got injured at work in 2019 and workers comp covered it, but every 6 months or so since then they contact me trying to get me to pay for it again. Every time I send them to the workers comp paperwork and every time it gets resolved. I wish they would stop billing me.
