visited ER in 2022 - insurance & myself paid ALL bills to ER dr & hospital - now "3" YRS later i get a notice from a collection agency for $85 - when i called them - they can give out no info not even the phone number - how is it LEGAL to send someone to collections without billing them first???? i see this similar complaint all over the BBB website & now finding on other websites - how are they not being held accountable for this??
