They sent me a huge bill and then don’t offer any explanation of what it’s for. The only form of communication is through the call center which is insufficient so it’s not possible to get clarity on what it is for. When I called about their “final warning “ notice to pay they redirected me to the hospital billing department (that is a separate company and can’t help). Put a collections on my account.. recently.. doesn't make sense..
They put a collection on my account I called the hospital they told me I dont have to pay anything because the account is on hold so why are they on my report for something that I don't have to legally pay? The hospital said they did not report my account.
I AM TOTALLY LOST. THEY ON MY CREDIT COLLECTION. FOR WHAT? I DO NOT HAVE NO INSURANCE NO WHERE. I DO NOT HAVE NOTHING TO INSURANCE. I HAVE MED TAKING OUT MY JOB WITH OTHER BENEFITS. SO WHY I WAS NEVER MAIL ARE EMAIL A BILL. THIS ARE NEW.
