If I could negatively star review this company I absolutely would and shame on any physician associated with them. Have an an absolutely horrible experience in every single interaction with this garbage company and their shady business practices. For 2+ years now I've been trying to clear up an inappropriately charged medical bill from an emergency surgery I had. Billing is an absolute nightmare, and the care was not superb either. I got charged for a ‘long visit’, when I spent less than 10 minutes with the PA on duty. She spent much of that time ‘researching’ my concern in the back office. I’ve been fighting this bill for months with insurance. I would avoid this office all together, save yourself the headache!
1,300$+ for earwax removal …… w insurance im still paying 580 …. Yeah cuz that’s right
Received a bill from them for over $500. In the description of breakdown charges it lists both insurance companies we have. When I called to ask why I was being sent a bill for this much they told me there was no insurance so it was never ran through. Clearly they had my insurance but tried to get a double payment so watch your bills and accounts.
