I don’t even think this company deserves one star! They are extremely difficult and rude. I have never had an experience as poor as the one I have had with this company. I’m surprised the docs would allow their billing company to behave so badly. I DO NOT recommend.
Agree with all previous reviews. Could not have had a worse experience. This is my second time needing to deal with them and I wish I had an option to NOT work with them but apparently our ER physicians do not care how awful of a company they are! They have never been able to correct their mistakes and everyone gives the run around. Nobody follows through and it requires repeated calls to no avail. Zero out of five stars, DO NOT recommend!
That is stupid, never received an invoice from Kettering just received a call from collection company and few days later a bill from the same collection company. Never going back to Kettering Emergency again.
They dont bill you just send it straight to collections.
Horrible experience with this company I NEVER received a statement in the mail of what I owed them. I got a bill from kettering that I paid but never received any notice that I owed this company money. Got sent to collections due to not paying the bill because I NEVER received a bill… so I went ahead and dealt with collections due to the fact that they NEVER answer the phone and don’t care at all about patients.. horrible service and will never go to an emergency room at kettering again..
