They provide horrible care, they put patients straight into collection before even sending an explanation
So many people have received horrible services and treatment. The facility and their staff are just not welcoming and super rude. Seek help somewhere else. Don’t even deserve the 2 ratings 🙃

I received the care of a physician from this group at a local ER on March 31st after a nasty cat bite. The doctor never ordered anyone to clean the wound. I had to wash it out myself in a public restroom before I was discharged. When I got home, I found there was still cat hair in the wound. Within 24hrs I ended up right back in the hospital with an infection spreading up my hand. I have no doubt that if I'd been properly cared for this wouldn't have happened.
