Please explain this decrepit ambulance with its broken fixtures and smelling like ABSOLUTE hell? This thing is a rolling disease. Is there any legal requirement for condition or sanitation of an ambulance?! The EMT is literally spraying Lysol on himself with a patient in transport. Disgusting
