Took 3-4 months to process an application 2 years ago. This time around, no notification about "an incomplete application" was emailed, after a certification application was submitted, and switched to a licensure app by their people. The app got pulled before I submitted and took my fee. Nevada ems and SNHD (different agencies) are awful and slightly deviate from AHA. Work elsewhere.
I work with the State of Nevada EMS Office on a regular basis and they provide prompt service.
