Placed an order last week I called a few days after placing the order just to confirm when I would have sent out to my house talking to someone on the phone from the company they reassured me it would be sent out on Monday however that day I received an email stating they did not have enough inventory to for fill my order even though my order had already been processed days ago and I talk to somebody on the phone and they stated nothing about that only to find out after the weekend I have to now struggle to go find hand sani... read more
Order manikins online and received order today. Online item number was incorrect but description was correct. Now they want me to pay for return shipping when it was their fault. Always ordered from EMP before but will not anymore as I am getting a run around and still have the wrong item but paid for the correct one
