I was having trouble with my water softener, so after checking some reviews, I decided to call Emergency Local Plumbing. They sent Donovan out the next day, even though it wasn’t an urgent issue. Emergency Local Plumbing really impressed me when I needed help with my water heater in Spring. I called to ask for an estimate on replacing it, and they offered to send someone out the same day, even though it was a Sunday. We decided on a 9 AM appointment the next morning, and Jacob called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Jacob arrived right on time this morning to take out my old faucet and put in a new one. He did a really great job and was very friendly the whole time. I was impressed with his positive attitude and how easy he made the whole process. I even called the office afterwards to let them know how much I appreciated Jacob’s work—he’s definitely a valuable part of their team. Frederick did an outstanding job! He installed our tankless water heater, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. In the past, I tried to save money by hiring someone who wasn’t a licensed plumber, thinking it would be an easy fix.
