if i could give 6 stars, i would. this was the fourth plumber we called for loud pipe knocking in the walls, and we were getting frustrated after trying several plumbing services. the other visits brought expensive ideas, unclear answers, or suggestions to re-pipe a whole side of the house. we wanted a real fix for the water hammer problem without unnecessary work. jordan arrived and it was clear right away that he understood the plumbing system better than anyone else we had spoken with. he took time to walk through the e... read more

This was my first time using this plumbing service for a toilet repair, and it was a very good experience. It was not an emergency, but Jordan arrived within a couple of hours and got everything taken care of quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly the whole time. He explained the repair process in simple terms and even showed me the worn part inside the toilet tank that needed replacing. I appreciated the clear communication, honest service, and clean work. The toilet is working properly now, and the whole... read more

He came out to replace two toilet flanges and handled the work with care, skill, and good attention to detail. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure the new flanges were installed correctly, sealed well, and secured properly before wrapping up. Ev... read more

We reached out early in the week, and the plumber arrived a couple of days later right on time. Communication was very good from the start. Before coming out, they reviewed the plumbing issue carefully and made sure they understood what was needed for the repair. Frederick was professional, explained what was happening while he worked, and finished the job quickly and correctly. The work area was cleaned up very well afterward, which we really appreciated. The price was fair and reasonable, and the whole service call felt s... read more
