Shipping was really fast! The ID bracelet was engraved exactly as ordered and fits well. It looks great and I love wearing it, it looks like a normal bracelet but at the same time is easily identifiable as a medical bracelet when necessary.
Good quality tag with clear, legible writing. Paid for express post, however took a week to deliver, which is likely Australia Post's issue, however the business should consider a backup method of posting if AusPost have known delays. Otherwise, good transaction, prompt response to enquiries, and overall high-quality product that should last a long time.

Lack of communication. Said they would ring back never did. No response to emails. Never heard back. Would think twice about using them again.
