My house was flooding from a clogged drain a few months ago. Steve got to my house very quickly and worked his magic. He explained to me what the problem was and resolved it quickly. He keeps checking in to see how things are going - no one else does that. I had my hot water heater serviced and was told I needed a pressure valve on my main water line. We have been using Steve's services for the last 3-4 years after a referral. Large jobs, small jobs, emergencies - including weekends! For our horses and our home. His work is excellent, prices competitive and more than once the scope of a job was not as difficult as originally thought. He revised his bid to match the work. Would highly recommend him!
Super fast, super nice! Sucks that I had to replace my water heater but Steve made it quick and painless for a very reasonable price. He's also very personable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.
Steve was really helpful when my home warranty was unable to provide a solution to replace my shower valve without tearing out the entire bathtub. He figured out a solution and charged me significantly less than the alternative, even deducting the cost of the new hardware. When one of the new cartridges turned out to be faulty, he came back same day and diagnosed and fixed this as well. I’m really happy I found him among all the much more expensive options offered by the big-box retailers, etc.
