Fast, Honest, On Time, Courteous... My home was burglarized this past Saturday afternoon. The thief broke a window in our master bedroom to get in while we were away. Not knowing anyone in the window business I Googled Orlando Emergency Window Repair and called EGS. Randall answered the phone and said he would be there in 30 to 45 minutes. Not only did he show up in 35 minutes, he quickly replaced the window and at a reasonable price. He was heading out the door to eat dinner with his wife when I called and still booked it over to my house. He dropped everything to help a total stranger for a small job. He knew my wife was scared and that if it were him he would appreciate the same service. We got to sleep in our own beds because of his professionalism.
