I run a Garage door service company and I often run into customers with broken glass in thier Garage Doors. With different glass types and sizes customers often tell me they are struggling to find someone to repair it without having to replace the entire top section. One of their trucks backed into my parked truck in December 2024. I tried and tried to resolve it with the owner but he was too busy to take my calls or return a call. I finally gave up and turned it over to my insurance, 14 months later and my insurance company is still pursuing him and he is still avoiding this.
