Waited for almost 2 hours for multiple doctors to tell us there was nothing wrong with our child. Staff seems friendly but did not seem in any hurry to help us. We ended up just getting up and leaving and then it was important for them to try and help us.
We had to come here on Christmas Eve as my toddler had RSV. It was a scary and emotional time and I can’t say enough good things about the providers and staff taking care of us on a night that no parent wants to spend in the hospital. And not that anyone’s making healthcare decisions based on this, but huge shoutout to the folks in the kitchen. Best ravioli I’ve had in Utah County by a long shot.
They are so helpful and nice and the food is so good
We recently had to bring our 6-year-old son to Primary Children’s Hospital after he broke his arm on the monkey bars at school, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional care he received. From the moment we arrived, the staff knew exactly what to do and walked us through every step of the process.
