Dr. Kramp, nurses, and staff were so kind to my young child who came in for a late night visit to the ER. My child needed various tests which of course can be scary for a young one but everybody was so very calm, gentle and just great while working with her. Made the visit a lot less stressful for us both!
The staff is always amazing and take good care of you in a decent timely matter you’ll have to sit around and wait all day I live in midland and drive to the Mt. Pleasant ER because it’s so much better there!!
