Sat in the ER waiting room for over 2 hrs with husbands bleeding and thumbing knee. Waiting to be seen for stitches. Also had a toddler in the waiting room with us that came in because he hit his head and was bleeding. They waited just as long or longer then what we did. I feel like if someone bleeding through the bandages maybe we should tend to that.
Yelling at patients is unacceptable, yet this place does it every time a patient asks for help or shares how they feel, then they refuse to take even test results seriously.
