Doctor couldn't even come and let me know my results. Handed me papers with my results and then had me sign discharg papers. I get being busy but you can't even come and give the results? Wow.
Sat here for hours with nothing going on. Next time I will go to mount Pleasant instead. Alma emergency room is a joke. It's like a ghost town here the halls are empty and everyone is standing at their doors wondering what the heck is going on
I wish I could give it zero stars. I brought my 9 month in with a 103.5 degree fever and waited 4.5 hours and had to hit the call button multiple times to have anyone come to our room just for them to tell me it's nothing. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!
Everyone was very friendly. I got in fast the dr and nurse helped me out every way they could.
