I wish I could give it zero stars. I brought my 9 month in with a 103.5 degree fever and waited 4.5 hours and had to hit the call button multiple times to have anyone come to our room just for them to tell me it's nothing. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!
Everyone was very friendly. I got in fast the dr and nurse helped me out every way they could.
First time I went, both the nurses messed up my IV and ended up putting CT contrast into my arm tissue and couldn't move it for days, 2nd time they misdiagnosed me with 2 wrong things which were clearly not the issue, and gave me antibiotics that were more harmful to me than helpful, especially already being predisposed to issues antibiotics can cause due to an autoiummune disorder. Had to end up seeing my primary to get an actual answer. They have hurt me more than helped in my 2 visits.
I have a broken finger which is bleeding profusely with lacerations on it and I have been denied Tylenol twice and I've been here for over 3 hours without be seen and this isn't the first time it's happened
Took my son in for a high fever. Was dismissed by the nurse as a dramatic mom and the doctors also said he was just teething and sent us home. Took him to his PCP the next morning and he had a double ear infection AND sinus infection. So annoyed with doctors just assuming babies are only teething.
