Let me start by saying I’m extremely grateful for healthcare workers and having access to 24/7 emergency care. Unfortunately, my experience this time left me feeling unsafe. I came in with severe pain, chills, vomiting, and an inability to move or communicate. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. First off, having a HUGE get together at the gazebo outside the urgent care/emergency entrance was very off putting!! Absolutely no where to park... Absolutely ridiculous that we get sent to the ER from the North Branch Urgent Care and we tell them upon check in that our daughter had a sudden onset migraine with blurred vision and we sat there for over 2.5 hours!! If you wanna live go to another ER!!!! I have never been to a worse emergency room in my life!!!! I took my brother in for chest pains and symptoms of a heart attack. And sat in the waiting room for three hours.. On Sunday, September 6, 2026, at approximately 3:30 PM, I drove my father to the Emergency Room after he suffered a serious fall from a roughly 15-foot ladder. He had fallen onto concrete and was in significant pain.
