On Sunday, September 6, 2026, at approximately 3:30 PM, I drove my father to the Emergency Room after he suffered a serious fall from a roughly 15-foot ladder. He had fallen onto concrete and was in significant pain. Pretty sure they forgot they put us in this room. It's been hours without seeing a single person.
I had a really good experience with Dr. Ward, he understood my situation as i had some anxiety and was very empathetic, i had great nurses as well that were very supportive.
If you can make it to another ER, go elsewhere. It may save your life. Neglectful care while there. Lost my tests because they didn’t label them. Left me alone to walk through the hallway when I have a fainting condition. Performed a CT that I did not approve of when they told me originally I was getting a x ray. Left me alone in the room after the CT for three hours not hooked up to the monitoring that they placed leads for. Then a nurse came in with discharge paperwork and told me where the exit is.
