Once again, had to take a family member here. Horrible service. Nurses making remarks and jokes about patients while you wait. I don't think they realize you can hear them through the walls. Huge wait for no reason, and I tried to find a reason. Get a do it yourself kit off amazon wait the few days for it to show up and fix yourself. I promise you it WILL be faster and better than what you will get there, and you'll wait less time. No stars for this place. Hasn't changed in years... probably never will. Garbage.

Is there a zero....go in with broken toes and sprained ankle and the dr was more concerned with the price of an air boot than looking at the whole picture. X ray was only on my foot no ankle. Took me into the outer area to see the x ray in front of everyone to talk my personal business and had the nerve to ask me why I seemed upset. Kept saying over and over a boot is 150 dollars. I never mentioned a boot he did. I asked the best option. He said the air boot but its 150 do you want to pay that. Wow made me feel an inch tall.... read more

We have been waiting since 5;30 and still haven't seen a doctor. Yes the staff is all just standing around. It is no wonder people die at home instead of trying to get help from an emergency service!

Do not come here. Go straight to Valley Regional. I’m sure a veterinarian could treat you better than this emerg.
