Inept all the way down to the nurses will handle the intake and discharge!!!! That's why they had to reach out to Milwaukee froedert for help if I could give you a negative 10 I would!!!
Excellent and immediate service upon arrival. Receptionist was attentive and caring. The ER nurse response time to my needs was very good, as well as the ER doctor. I sustained second-degree burns and they cared for me with care and respect. Thank you Holy Family memorial emergency department. I am new to the area and I'm very glad I had a very good experience.
Better than Aurora especially now that Froedtert owns them.
We are very thankful for Dr. Park and his emergency team! Our daughter was stung by a bee and developed hives all over her legs, arms, and face. Everyone here was so calm and compassionate, from the receptionist to all the nurses to Dr. Park. Our daughter was well taken care of.
