We came with a newborn (3 months) to remove a woodtick, probably a 5 mins procedure. We were waiting for 2.5 hours before we had to leave: a baby was over-exhausted, we did all possible and impossible to comfort and calm him. My wife is still trying to calm him down with no success. I rarely write bad reviews, but the most frustrating and upsetting thing about that was the unhelpful staff: we both were begging them to help us, and all we heard in return was, "Well, it is your decision to leave."
Hospital either you luck out and get looked after right away or wait hours
It’s sad to see elderly people get up and leave one by one as 4, 5, 6 hours of them sitting in pain passes and they can no longer stand to wait.
