My Mom was very anxious about what was happening to her at this time From the first moment of connection with the staff She and I felt better The whole situation was so calm and comforting Dr Humphrey was so calm and reassuring Listening to everything We were concerned about He presented a plan of care and explained that was going to take place The out come was Great and the care was fantastic
I have had not great experiences for myself in the past but I had to bring in my 2 year old and Dr Humphrey was amazing and made sure we were both comfortable and took excellent care of my baby.
Dr. Humphreys was great, Ian our main nurse too. They made sure our son felt listened to and did everything too put him at ease when he broke his collarbone. We felt like we had know them for years even though we just met that night. Thank you.
