Rude and condescending. Very unprofessional and uncompassionate towards injured people. I was treated lile a criminal for calling and inquiring if they were busy, lied to and told it was against the law for them to answer and told me if I was really in medical need I wouldn't be asking over the phone because I'd already be there. They hung the phone up in my ear 4 or 5 times when civilly asked the reason they can't discuss possible wait times, they could not provide a logical answer. Been here 8-9 hour. One fella here before me. Neither of us have been seen by a "Dr"
Pathetic service. It’s been more than 14 hours we have been waiting. No one know how long is the wait. Probably words like system and procedures don’t exist anymore. I wish no one has to ever ever see a doctor.
