Thank you to the nurses and doctor who took care of my son today 🙏🏻
My family and I have been to this location several times, and almost always got a fair treatment in a reasonable time period. Unlike other ERs in the area, this is the only one that looks efficient to me - I see patients come and go, so the treatments do happen. I have been here 3 times, and every single time I have been met with so much kindness from all of the staff (especially the doctors). It’s the only medical space I’ve ever been in that has treated me like a human. Kind, patient, and actually listened to me with compassion when I spoke.
I was discharged with a grade 2 sprain and given no guidance beyond “take it easy and it should feel better in a few days.” There was no mention of icing, elevation, compression, or physiotherapy. I’m currently unable to bear full weight and am limping, compensating by walking on the side of my foot and on my toes. I’m concerned that following this advice alone would likely delay proper healing. I also did not see a physician, and the information was clearly not reviewed or confirmed by a doctor. Just beware
