Worst experience ever, never made it past the waiting room. If you need medical attention GO ANYWHERE ELSE! This facility will make your problems worse.
I went here because I’m was 95% sure i had an ear infection and i was in A LOT of pain in my inner ear and down my neck. Before i went, even though it hurt, i cleaned out my ears because i knew they would look w one of those ear scope things. When i got there the staff that checked me in was very friendly. I went to the back and was given a room. The nurse asked what was wrong , and as I’m telling her she interrupts me and asks why i didn’t go to the ER closer to my home & i told her because i did not like their service.. so... read more
I have been here before but I was just seen and the dr was awful. She rolled her eyes at me more than once and it seemed she could care less I was in pain. I asked her to clarify a question and she rolled her eyes and said never mind and shook her head in what seems like frustration. The nurse asked me more questions after the dr left because it seemed like she cared more to understand my pain. I left in tears feeling like they could care less about me as a human.
This place is a total scam. I had to get an IV and they gave me no medication or lab results despite saying they would and then charged me $915. Which I paid. Now they are charging an additional $1589 for a "physicians bill". These people will screw you over big time. Avoid at all cost
