If I could I’d give them no stars, completely rude and Racist staff, they automatically thought that a accident between my black friend and her white boyfriend was Domestic violence caused by her.
PA and doctor was very nice but I had to get ct scan and waited outside door for awhile and overheard one of the staff in the room with the name danny saying they can wait and then laughing. That is not a way to treat people but besides that everyone else was kind.
I have lived in my current apartment for around 8 years, and have been to this ER six or seven times with a variety of issues over that time. It's the closest ER. The experience has ALWAYS been GREAT. I'm not going to discount some of the negative reviews, people's experience is valid. I WILL say they truly do not reflect the experiences I have had. Warm, knowledgeable, attentive staff (Docs, nurses, PA's, front desk, everyone) and I've never felt ignored. Sometimes you wait a while if it's not a life threatening emergency..... read more
Every Time I Go To ER of This Hospital I've get treated Very well and they see you Right Away!! The staff and The Dr's Are very Nice And very Professional!! I wouldn't go to any Other Emergency Room But Here!! Never Had Any Bad Experiences here At All!!
This will be long. I am so upset. I don't know what happened to the ER at Langone but they went downhill. I went there tonight for a sevete rash that has spread in several areas of my body. It's painful, extremely itchy, burning and very red. Some parts are swollen. A PA came over after a hour, said she would think about what to give me for the itch. Didn't see her for awhile.
