Get directionsBeautiful facilities with knowledgable, supportive staff. Have now had to come in three times for very different reasons (twice as a patient and once accompanying someone) and every time we were seen relatively quickly, given comprehensive care that included follow-up, and left in a much better physical and emotional state than I came in.
First time and for an emergency ER visit at 3am it was actually great. The front desk staff, nursing team and doctor were great. Efficient visit, handled with care, short wait times, and good communication. We were probably in the emergency room for an hour and half tops. If another emergency presented itself hopefully not anytime soon- I would most likely come here again. Horrible service! My brother with special needs was in the emergency room with a broken knee. He was in severe pain but the staffs and doctors were surprisingly nonchalant. Moreover, we requested them to send medicine to a 24/7 pharmacy so that we can pick up the pain medicine to go over the whole night. They made mistakes out of complete negligence and sent it to his regular pharmacy that opens 10 am in the morning. Caused my brother severe suffering the whole night!!!!!
I can't say enough good things about this emergency department. My mom (who is a senior citizen) always has terrible experiences with physicians. They have been rude and inpatient with her to the point that I don't feel comfortable with her going to any medical appointment alone and am reticent to bring her to a new doctor. But Dr. Kate was phenomenal and Jahvon J. was so helpful throughout the visit. They are standouts in the profession.
After our son had a fall, the ER staff quickly and attentively made sure he was ok. They brought toys to calm him, were patient as he cried, and even turned on some kids music to make him happy. The doctor explained all of the considerations clearly and helped us paranoid parents understand what was going on. We were in and out in 90 minutes, having been quickly seen and discharged. I am so grateful for the care we received - both the quality of medical care and the kindness that was shown to us.
