Genuinely caring staff, from the security people to front office to transport to nurses and physicians. They were very respectful in their interactions with us, other patients we saw, and each other. The entire staff seemed to really get along and help each other out. They were very efficient and had excellent communication. We are very grateful with the care we received.

I never leave negative reviews but feel compelled to warn people about this emergency department. Came after a bad fall and doctor ended up completely misdiagnosing me and imaging the wrong area of my back. I found out two weeks later I have a fracture in my spine after this ER sent me home telling me I was completely fine. Doctor only spent 2 minutes examining me despite me being brought in via ambulance and ended up taking 4 hours just to get an x-ray of the wrong area. Just want to say a Big Thank You to Dr. Max Parker, Neurologist. A very intelligent young man with excellent bedside manner and very thorough deduction process. NYU is lucky to have him.
