I would honestly give zero stars if I could. I will say now that I have had my fair share of bad and good experiences with McLaren but what happened today disgusts me beyond words can even describe. She is the owrst, after she misdiognosed my cancer I asked her about it, then she quit her job and left town..good thing too.
Very kind and attentive care ,he recommeded a comfortable course of treatment to improve my condition....Highly recomend Dr Mead to get you on the path to healing

Love the doctors unfortunately the front staff are straight up vindictive. My wife needed a 3 day emergency script until her apt. They YELLED at her and told her it's your fault deal with it. This medication has severe effects for just stopping it cold. My pharmacy said they will help and did in 5 minutes......yet the doctors office couldn't hhmmm. Lucky them because that smells like a lawsuit without the pharmacy doing their job for them and saving them.
DO NOT SEE Elizabeth Ferik at Women's Health Center in Greater Lansing. Her terrible bedside manner, overall lack of care, and negligence in responding to the app and phone calls were abysmal. She was entirely dismissive with my history of miscarriage, and she was AWFUL at handling care after my most recent miscarriage. I had to beg her for an anti-nausea prescription as she was watching me throw up in her exam room. Her cervical exam was painful. She was 45 minutes late to every appointment I had with her. Arrived 20 minutes early for 1130 appt for MRI. was told they are a few minutes behind. Should have been told they were over 1 hr behind. Finally started test at 1245. A 30 minute test had me there for over 2 1/2 hours. Staff should be honest with patients. Will look into going to different facility next time!
I can not say enough good things about the staff at this facility. From the receptionist welcoming the visitors in, to the nurses, aids and supporting staff they were very helpful with my mothers care. The nurses and aids would come in and chat with my dad and I, and check on my mother even if she wasn’t one of there patients. They cared about the residents there. And they would ensure that my mom got the best care possible. I would like to personally thank Artiesha for her help in helping my mom to drink more water. H... read more
