It takes more than 4 hours to see a doctor
DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL FOR ANY EMERGENCY. 5+ hrs for a broken bone. At this point its setting wrong
While it does take awhile, because there are so many people who need help compared to staff when I did actually get help all the staff were great and super kind. I broke my foot and I heard constantly how I was in the best place for this treatment. The surgeon was able to repair the issue with minimal invasiveness. I'd love to go back and thank them again at some point.
I had a very disappointing experience with Chi, who works as a Nurse Helper on the 6th floor, 6 East primarily answering phones. She was consistently rude and unprofessional throughout my interactions. On one occasion, I simply asked to use a clipboard and was shocked when she snatched it out of my hand, claiming it contained personal information.
